On Saturday, November 3rd, OPEN Washington DC held its Annual Event 2018 at the Westfields Marriott. Over 300 individuals including members from the Loudoun Youth Inc. and Academies of Loudoun, Entrepreneurship Department attended the event, making this year the most successful Annual Event in our chapter’s history. Our speaker lineup featured Abbas Hairder, CEO of Aspetto Inc.; Ashraf Habibullah, Founder, President and CEO of Computers and Structures Inc.; Seema Aziz, Founder of Bareeze; and Farooq Kathwari, Chairman, President and CEO of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. In addition, OPEN DC hosted its Annual Pitch Competition where the three companies Qualitics, Gravatate, and Gatekeeper presented their company pitches to the crowd.
